Founded in 2024, the Biddeford-Saco Climate Action Team (BSCAT) began as a small group of concerned citizens passionate about addressing climate change on a local level. Since then, our team has grown into a network of activists and community leaders dedicated to making a significant impact. Our efforts range from organizing local events to advocating for city-wide sustainable policies.
